What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They help websites remember information about your session — things like your preferences or whether you have visited before.

They are widely used to make sites work as expected, to understand how visitors use them, and to tailor the experience accordingly. Cookies do not run programs or carry software.

Most browsers accept cookies by default, though you can adjust your settings to block or delete them at any time. Some parts of this site may function differently if cookies are disabled.

Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies

Always Active

These are necessary for the website to function. Without them, services you have asked for cannot be provided. They cannot be disabled through this page.

Examples: session management, security tokens, cookie consent record

Duration: Session or up to 12 months

Analytics Cookies

Optional

These help us understand how visitors use the site — which pages are viewed most, how long people stay, and where they arrive from. The data is aggregated and does not identify individuals.

Examples: Google Analytics page views, session duration

Duration: Up to 24 months

Marketing Cookies

Optional

These are used to make advertising more relevant to you and your interests. They track whether you have visited our site after seeing an advert. We use them for campaign measurement only.

Examples: Meta Pixel event tracking, Bing UET

Duration: Up to 90 days

Preference Cookies

Optional

These remember choices you make to personalise your experience — such as your language or region. They make subsequent visits more convenient.

Examples: language selection, region settings

Duration: Up to 12 months

Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies are placed by third-party services that appear on our pages. These services have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read.

Meta Pixel
