Use of this website is limited to individuals aged 18 or over. By accessing the site, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Service Description

Modelcraft offers structured educational programmes focused on the conceptual and practical vocabulary of modern AI. Our current offerings are:

Margin Reader Series — RM 500

A self-paced reader series with textbook-style modules and access to a weekly question thread. Educational in scope; does not constitute a formal qualification.

Studio Cohort — RM 1,680

A twelve-week cohort-based programme with live sessions, a course reader, and written feedback on submitted exercises. Group sizes are intentionally small.

Long Studio Programme — RM 4,400

A seven-month programme covering structured reading, project milestones, and mentor reviews. Educational in scope; does not confer a formal academic qualification or professional certification.

Programmes are available to individuals with internet access. There are no geographic restrictions on enrolment, though all communication and materials are in English.

4. Enrolment and Access

Enrolment begins with a brief enquiry conversation. We review each expression of interest individually and respond within five working days to discuss whether the programme is a suitable fit.

Enrolment is complete when payment has been received and confirmed in writing. Access to programme materials is granted upon enrolment confirmation.

For cohort-based programmes, a minimum number of participants is required for the cohort to proceed. If a scheduled cohort does not reach the minimum, you will be offered a full refund or a place in a future cohort at no additional cost.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials or access links shared with you. Programme access is personal and may not be transferred or shared with third parties.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our website or participating in a programme, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information in enquiry forms and communications.
  • Engage respectfully with other participants and with Modelcraft team members in all shared or group settings.
  • Submit your own original work for any exercises or project milestones, and not represent others' work as your own.
  • Not record, redistribute, or publish live session recordings or programme materials without our written consent.
  • Not attempt to disrupt, access unauthorised areas of, or interfere with the operation of our website.

Modelcraft reserves the right to remove a participant from a programme if their conduct is disruptive or harmful to others. In such cases, a partial refund may be assessed at our discretion based on the stage of the programme reached.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, course readers, session materials, feedback documents, and other resources produced by Modelcraft are the intellectual property of Modelcraft or its licensors.

Upon enrolment, participants are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use programme materials for their own private learning purposes during the programme period.

This licence does not permit: redistribution of materials in any form; reproduction for commercial purposes; sharing with individuals who are not enrolled; or use of our materials as a basis for derivative educational products.

Work submitted by participants (exercises, project portfolios) remains the intellectual property of the participant. By submitting work, you grant Modelcraft a limited licence to review, annotate, and discuss it with you and, where relevant, with other programme facilitators.

7. Payment Terms

All programme fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment details and accepted methods will be communicated during the enrolment conversation.

Refund policy. We want enrolment to be considered and well-matched. If you wish to withdraw after payment:

  • More than 14 days before programme start: Full refund, less any payment processing fees.
  • 7–14 days before programme start: 50% refund.
  • Fewer than 7 days before start, or after programme has begun: No refund, unless the cohort did not reach minimum numbers (in which case a full refund applies).

Refund requests should be directed to [email protected]. We will process confirmed refunds within 14 working days.
